The conversation will bring together people interested in sharing & deepening an understanding of the ideas of Eckhart Tolle. We have encountered Tolle in person (some of us), via his talks & workshops, DVD, Oprah and/or his books. Here is an opportunity to express your own response and experience the response of others to this timely teacher.

Topic 1: Introduction (week 1)
We will share our own stories and responses, what about Eckhart's ideas attracted us.

Please provide a mini-bio culminating in how you first encountered Tolle and what it is that attracted you to his ideas... and whether you see in your bio experiences that prepared you to "meet" Tolle.

Topic 2: Looking Closer (week 2)
In the second week we explore how Tolle has influenced our daily life and notions of the future.

How has Tolle influenced your daily life? What are your struggles and do you see yourself significantly changing that ratio of mind-chatter to presence, currently and long-term? Are there aspects of Tolle's teachings that arouse your skepticism or that seem incongruent?
