Video: It's just wow. So interesting and amazing... it's just wow. Yeah, this is just outstanding! It taught me so much! Thank you! I couldn't stop watching the other videos. It made me so curious... it makes me see the world from a whole other perspective... it is like I reached knowledge that I was seeking for so long and now it makes me laugh... nature developed eyes into our bodies to be able to see through them at itself... that is such an interesting idea! Wow.

I'd read that our atoms were forged in the stars, but now I have a clearer understanding of what that process really was. Thank you. It also gave new insight into the quote "We are how the stars look back at themselves".

The approach that Swimme takes is profoundly scientific, yet also profoundly spiritual. The two have become one, much like our consciousness has finally evolved to the point that we can recognize our integral connection to our planet, our galaxy, and our universe. When you watch the entire series, you can see the unfolding of the whole process and begin to sense our human role in it (and not lose sight of the fact that a human role is only an extension of our planet and the universe itself). The next step for me will be to ponder this perspective and decide what kind of concrete steps it calls me to make as an individual, as part of the human community and beyond.

I found this to be a powerful introduction for the need for change. It was disturbing enough to grab the attention of those who are perhaps less aware and I am going to send it to several people I know.

From light to atomised matter, the universe must have been dreaming of us, mindful creatures, so that the magnificent process can be marveled at. To me this is analogous to one of the fundamental ideas in religion: that Good wanted to create so that the created could admire Its handiwork
