    Description

An article about the dimensions of what it means to negotiate and resolve conflict, excerpted from a post made by a participant in a conversation on the Cycle of Emergence.

    Additional Info
In the Cycle of Emergence, the point at which conflict arises is like a “Call to Adventure.” We can either resist the call out of fear, defensiveness and desire to preserve our existing sense of self; or we can engage with it as an opportunity to participate in an evolutionary process of increasing consciousness and expanded identity.

If we decide to creatively engage with conflict, we enter into the next step in the cycle, negotiation, and that is where the work begins.
